This project had a very stressful, but honestly very rewarding output. The turnaround—1 week for 25 minutes— was definitely a struggle for my team of 3 editors, but it was a great challenge and allowed us to really try out some interesting time-saving techniques, like procedural animation of those titles using Resolve Fusion nodes. I did ~10 of these minutes of solo work, along with my team, in which we learned how to communicate in an efficient way. Unfortunately, it might’ve been the hard way. lot of work done in a small time-frame.

If you want more insight into what I enjoy doing on my own time, this is a little “travel vlog” of my visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (2 years ago–time flies!). This was just done in premiere on my own time for fun. Most of my inspiration comes from animals and wildlife, and they fascinate me as subjects.

For some of my more “professional” work, I worked for the Marin Science Seminar non-profit as a video intern. This was a great way for me to practice quick, efficient turnarounds of sometimes 1-2 days for a full video uploaded to the channel.
